How can I order from Gopeds-Online?

When buying from Gopeds-Online you can either order over the telephone or you can order over the internet using our online secure server. Both methods are the same in that there is no difference in service or delivery time. You can only order over the phone during our opening times, however you can order over the internet 24 hours a day!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Switch etc. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.
You can also pay with via cheque, cash or bank transfer. If you wish to pay using these methods - then please contact us and a member of our sales team will help you.

What is the cost of delivery?

The delivery cost is calculated on your order total.

Can I change my order?

You can only change you order if it has not yet been dispatched from our store (normally within 24 hours). To check whether your order has been dispatched or not, then please contact us.

How can I cancel my order?
You are entitled to cancel your order once it has been placed.
In the event of any variation or suspension of orders through the buyer’s instructions, prices may be increased to cover any extra expenses thereby incurred by us.
If you wish to cancel an order - then please contact us immediately.

What warranty comes with Goped products?

All of the Goped products come with a three month warranty.
If only minor warranty work is needed, then we will send you the parts and you will be expected to fit them with the guidence of our technicians.
However if the warranty work is more serious, then your model will be returned to our store so that we can carry out the nessesary repair work.

Why should I buy a Goped brand scooter?

We only sell Goped brand scooters as we believe that these are by far the best motorised scooter on the market today.
Goped parts are easily available world wide, we have people calling us everyday asking for parts for motorised scooters that are not 'Gopeds' and that their scooter supplier has now closed down.
Although priced slightly higher than other motorised scooters, Gopeds are more reliable, robust and mostly problem free.

Are Goped's road legal?

We tell all of our customers that Gopeds are not road legal. This also applies to other brand scooters including electric! Do not be fooled by other other brands/dealers that try to make their scooters look road legal.
We also recommend that before buying a Goped, you should contact your local police to ask on their views.
